ABDUL KUDUS PROFILE

Abdul Kudus Abdulai is a seasoned Research Assistant with expertise in social sciences at the In-Out Group. He has a profound enthusiasm for research and innovation that advances the interests of the public and stimulates breakthroughs in African economies toward Sustainable Development.

Abdul’s professional experience is diverse, having worked for various organizations, which has enabled him to acquire different skill sets that have made him proficient in service delivery. Currently, he serves as an Assistant Programme Officer at the Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources, in addition to his work at the In-Out Group. Prior to this, he worked at the Ministry of Finance as an Assistant Financial Analyst. Moreover, he has also worked for a Real Estate firm and a water-producing company. His background as a community researcher in the Bole District of Ghana has equipped him with the requisite knowledge and expertise to conduct successful ethnographic research.

Abdul Kudus is a top-performing alumnus of the University for Development Studies, having graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Land Management. He was recognized as the Best Student of the Department of Real Estate and Land Management and the Best student of the Faculty of Planning and Land Management in the year 2021. Abdul also received the Dean’s Award for the Best Graduating Male Student in the Faculty of Planning and Land Management, and he was awarded for his academic excellence by the Ghana Institution of Surveyors.

Abdul Kudus’ primary goal is to leverage his experience and knowledge to help governments, profit, and not-for-profit organizations achieve their objectives through optimized research.
